Delivery Policy

Please read and understand our delivery policy carefully before placing your order. By placing your order, you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. It is very that you read the product label and the product information on our website on how to preserve and consume the product.

How We Work

Once we receive your order we will process it at soon as we can, then once your order is ready, it will be collected by our third-party courier, and they will deliver your order within their availabilities. We can’t take any responsibility or control over the delivery dates and times.

In the case of a no show from the client during the attempted delivery, the client will be charged an extra €5 if they wish for a second attempt of delivery or there is also the free Pick Up option.

We do not offer refunds.

All of our products are delivered frozen.

Delivery Date & Time

When placing your order we always state that we would need a minimum of 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) to prepare and deliver your order. Upon checkout you can leave us a note where you can state the delivery date needed, We will try to accommodate to your requests as much as possible. We always suggest you contact us if in need of a product beforehand. If we’re not able to process your order for the delivery date preferred, your order will be sent out next day available (Excluding Sundays). As much as we want you to receive your goodies on the preferred day, we cannot guarantee or ensure delivery dates and times will be the ones you chose, the date you choose will only be an estimate. If your order is cancelled due to this, you will receive an automatic coupon code to use in your next purchase, this never expires. By confirming your order you agree to the delivery terms and acknowledge that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for your order. Your order will be delivered to the address provided by you during the check out process. Please make sure the address is correct in order for the order to reach recipient. Any missing or incorrect information could cause delays or non-delivery. If we’re not able to deliver your order due to missing information or an incorrect address, your order will be returned to us and would need to be collected by you or otherwise an additional fee will apply for a second delivery attempt when next available.

Delivery Address

We want your goodies to arrive in the freshest possible condition. Our products are delicate and they can be affected by hot temperatures especially during summer months. Please make sure someone is present to accept the delivery as products left outside are more likely to be damaged by the heat. If you have placed an order, and know you will need to go out, please leave a cooler bag outside, for the courier to safely leave your order in.

Responsability Of Your Order

We cannot take any responsibility for your order if no one is present at the delivery address to accept your parcel.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Provide correct address of the recipient

  • Make sure someone is present to receive the order or leave a cooler bag outside, for courier to safely leave your order in. .

We will NOT be responsible for:

  • Damaged or stolen order if the recipient haven’t been present to accept the order.

  • Quality of your goodies if your delivery has been left outside due no authorised people to receive your order.

  • Undeliverable orders.
